GENERAL INFORMATION
IS IT SECURE TO SHOP ONLINE AT BABYMACI?
Yes, one of our most important priorities is that you have a safe and secure shopping experience at babymaci. We use PAYPAL to process the payments on all orders. PAYPAL automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers, which makes it safe to shop without exposing your personal and financial information. When processing a transaction, PayPal uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). The SSL system encrypts your information and makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept any information you provide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO ME?
After your order is placed and the payment is completed, it will be processed within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Once your order is processed, a confirmation email of your order, tracking number and estimated delivery time will be sent to you.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Currently we do not offer gift wrapping services, but we do offer complimentary memo gift cards for any gift purchases. During checkout, there is an option for you to write a message with a maximum of 150 characters.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT RECEIPTS?
Yes, we do. The option is available during checkout.
WHY ARE SOME OF THE ITEMS SO LIMITED?
Often times, babymaci creates limited edition pieces where only 1 of each size is made and other times, it just sell out very fast.
WHY ISN'T THERE AN ALERT OF OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS BEFORE CHECKOUT?
Unfortunately, our site does not include an inventory counter where it would automatically count down as the items are ordered. Please note that with our best efforts to manually maintain accurate numbers of inventory available, there are chances that items can been missed. We apologize and acknowledge the inconvenience.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT-OF-STOCK AND MY PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH?
You will be notified as to which item is out of stock and would have the option to choose an alternate item of the same price, request for a refund on that item, or cancel your entire order for a full refund. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?
Yes, if you are ordering within Canada.
Within BC, Ontario, and Nova Scotia - HST tax rate 5%
Within Canada - Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick - HST tax rate 13%
All other provinces - Federal tax rate 5%
USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Canadian taxes will not be applied to all US and international orders. Babymaci is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or any government fees that may be applicable in your country or any potential delays of the delivery due to customs.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
All our products are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide to physical addresses only. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
Certainly, simply enter the recipient's name and destination address in the shipping address during checkout.
Forgotten to add shipping and handling fees to your cart?
Don't worry! Although your order will be delayed, we will email you an invoice with only the shipping and handling charges and once your payment is processed, your order will be on its' way.
DO YOU OFFER FASTER SHIPPING?
Yes, we do. In order to provide an accurate faster shipping rate, please email us with your information, order details (including item #. ie. YUKATA YOLF114 and quantity) and the shipping address. Once we acquire the cost of the faster shipping, we will email you a pending invoice stating all details and costs.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
We currently ship all our orders via Canada Post. The prices listed below are flat rates for shipping depending on destination. Rates also include insurance coverage and a tracking number.
CANADA $12 2-7 business days EXPEDITED PARCEL
USA $16 6-12 business days EXPEDITED PARCEL-USA
INTERNATIONAL $18 1-2 weeks SMALL PACKET-BY AIR
Delivery timelines exclude holidays and weekends, also depending on the location of the recipient, delivery times may vary.
Please note that if you are ordering from non-urban center or from addresses that are difficult to deliver to, we may not be able to offer our flat rate shipping fees. If so, please email us at info_babymaci.com with your information, order details (including item #. ie. YUKATA YOLF114 and quantity) and the shipping address. Once we acquire the cost of the shipping, we will email you a pending invoice stating all details and costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all RETURNS AND EXCHANGES you will require a Return Authorization Number and an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which can be obtained by email upon receiving your shipment. Simply email us at info_babymaci.com with your information, invoice number, and details of your return/exchange. Please note that it may take up to 24hours to process. Be sure to also check your junk mail if our email address is not on your contact list. Item(s) must not have been worn or washed and must be in its' original packaging with tags still attached.
RETURNS
It is very important to us at babymaci that you absolutely love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to provide you with a refund minus shipping charges for items returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Once we receive your shipment, we will refund the credit card used at the time of the purchase and a confirmation email will also be sent you.
RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURERS DEFECT
Each piece is carefully inspected before being shipped out to you, but if it happens that you receive a defected item, we are more than happy to provide you will a full refund including the shipping charges made at the time your purchase, within 30 days of your purchase date. Once we receive your shipment, we will refund the credit card used at the time of the purchase and a confirmation email will also be sent you.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Before shipping any items back to us for an exchange, please email us with the invoice #, item # and size of the product you would like to exchange for as it will be subject to availability.
Once we receive your email for a request of an exchange, we will email you an invoice that lists the exchange, shipping fees and if applicable, any additional costs (if the item being exchanged for is greater in value). If the item that is being exchanged for is lesser in value, we will refund the credit onto your credit card that was used at the time of the purchase, once we receive your shipment. At that time, we will also send you a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery time. Please note that payment must be processed in order to place the item on hold while awaiting your shipment.
